Prey Veng Province : Toul Poen Talay Beong Sweten Community

Toul Poen Talay Community, Boeung Sweun Nature Tourism Area in Kampong Sweun Village, Theay Commune, Ba Phnom District, Prey Veng Province. This area is a recreational area and a historical lake that is associated with the belief in the supernatural spirit “Neak Ta Poen Talay” and supports the presence of many species of birds, including threatened and endangered species of high international conservation value. In particular, this is a stopover for migratory birds to temporarily stay and find food, and is the second largest waterfowl breeding area in Cambodia after the Ramsar site of Prek Toal.
