Kratie Province : Phnom Sambok Resort

Phnom Sambok Resort: A cultural and historical resort, 10 km from Provincial Road No. 377 to Stung Treng, located in Thmar Kre commune, Chet Borei district, Kratie province. Phnom Sambok is a small hill about 70 m high, located 200 m east of the road. There is a small red gravel road that branches off on the right to the foot of the mountain. The mountain is covered with many types of plants, each with its own name attached to the tree. The mountain has three levels with three stone stairs. Visitors can climb to the first floor by stone stairs or drive up the cemented road. On the mountain, there are many temples, huts and huts that are the residences of monks and monks. Each level has a path around it and there are benches for visitors to sit and enjoy the fresh air and admire the view of the rice fields, villages, and the Mekong River.
