Okhna Chhay Sivlin attended the opening of the HoKa training program in Kampong Thom Province.
The HoKa training program was officially opened under the high-level presidency of H.E. Tep Piyoreinth, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and Dr. Phan Phalla, with the participation of Oknha Chhay Sivlin, President of CATA, and Mr. Han Kosal, Deputy Governor of Kampong Thom Province. Supported by the SDF project, the training aims to strengthen professional tourism and hospitality skills in Cambodia.
