The technical-level meeting, chaired by Lok Chumteav Oknha Chhay Sivlin, President of the Cambodia Tourism Association (CATA), aims to review the progress of the Green Season Action Plan, discuss current tourism trends, and identify strategic measures to strengthen the resilience and competitiveness of Cambodia's tourism industry. The meeting will focus on evaluating the achievements of ongoing initiatives, identifying key challenges, and developing practical solutions to stimulate tourist arrivals and tourism activities during the green season.
The meeting will also provide a platform to discuss emerging tourism trends at both regional and global levels, the development of innovative tourism products, the creation of attractive travel packages that meet evolving market demands, and the implementation of joint marketing campaigns among CATA members and industry stakeholders. In addition, participants will explore the adoption of digital technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance destination marketing, improve service delivery, and increase the operational efficiency of tourism businesses.
