Discussion meeting on the challenges faced by travel agencies in providing hospitality services.

The CATA, led by Oknha Chhay Sivlin, held a meeting discussion with Techo International Airport, led by Oknha Charles Vann, to address the challenges faced by travel agencies in delivering hospitality services and serving tourists. The discussion focused on strengthening cooperation between the private sector and the airport operator to identify practical solutions aimed at improving service quality and enhancing visitor experience. Both parties exchanged views and explored collaborative approaches to support the sustainable and competitive development of Cambodia’s tourism industry.
